HOW TO ORDER
The online form below can be used to make an order which you
can submit online, or print to send to us by fax.

We will then contact you to confirm price and delivery date. Our Graphic Artist will prepare your artwork, which will be emailed to you for approval.
You will need to approve your artwork (either by signing the copy sent to you or approving by email).
When your approved artwork has been received, your template will be made and your order processed.
You will be invoiced and payment is required prior to delivery.

Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express
EFT, Business Cheque, Direct
Bank Deposit (companies only)
Payment will be required before commencement of artwork. An invoice will be sent to you with delivery. Your template is kept at our premises, which you may use to reorder at any time. For more information please contact us.
